Role Summary

The Intern L0 role within the Transformation Team is essentially a Junior Consultant position. You aren’t just “writing code”; you are “solving for business.” Your daily routine involves taking a complex problem—such as how a retail giant in North America can adopt AI—and breaking it down into a technical and operational roadmap.

Company Culture & Insights

Wipro is a foundational pillar of the global IT services industry. The culture is deeply rooted in “Spirit of Wipro” values: being passionate about client success, being global and responsible, and unyielding integrity. Within the Transformation Team specifically, the vibe is faster and more “consultancy-style” than the broader organization. You will be expected to possess “Self-Confidence” and a “Proactive Mindset,” as you will often be the youngest person in a room full of senior leaders.

Why We Recommend This Job

  • Senior Leadership Exposure: Very few L0 roles offer direct mentorship from “Global Leaders.” This is a networking goldmine.
  • Business-Tech Hybrid: It builds a rare skill set—understanding the why (business) behind the how (technology).
