The Associate Data Scientist in the Ai team is essentially an “Optimization Engineer.” In the airline industry, every minute of delay and every pound of fuel matters. Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Math, or Economics.
- Experience: 0 – 2 years (Entry-level/Early Career).
- OR Fundamentals: Strong grasp of $LP$, $MILP$, Markov Decision Processes ($MDP$), and metaheuristics (Genetic Algorithms, Ant Colony Optimization).
- Status: Must be legally authorized to work in India (Local terms).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Mastery of solvers like Gurobi or CPLEX.
- Experience in designing efficient heuristics in Python, R, Java, or C++.
