Comprehensive Job Overview
As an Associate in ML Data Operations, you will review short video clips (typically 15 to 20 seconds long) capturing stowing actions at Amazon fulfillment centers.Using human judgment alongside internal annotation software, you will verify, identify, and mark product placement locations with high precision and speed.
You will perform visual audits on hundreds of video clips per shift to help reduce inventory defects and improve machine learning model accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Educational Background
- Degree:Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
2. Technical & Operational Skills
- Visual Auditing:Ability to review image/video/text-based data with high attention to detail.
- Visual Accuracy:Capability to identify fine details from blurry or low-resolution video feeds.
- Screen Focus:High concentration to maintain focus across 6.8 to 7 hours of daily active video analysis.
- Tool Usage: Comfort using proprietary software interfaces for annotation and tagging.
3. Shift & Operational Requirements
- Flexibility:Willingness to work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts (including night shifts and weekend shifts).
