Role Summary

As a Game Presenter, you are an entertainer first and a dealer second. The internal systems handle all the math and transaction calculations—your job is to maintain the “energy” of the table. You are the face of the brand, managing a digital audience while seated in an enclosed, non-public-facing TV studio.

Company Culture & Insights

Evolution is a massive global enterprise with over 25,000 employees. The culture is fast-paced and performance-driven. They are “momentously thriving” because they treat online gaming like a high-end broadcast production. It’s an inclusive environment that values “personalities” over specific resumes. If you can talk to a camera for hours and keep a smile on your face, you’ll fit right in.

Why We Recommend This Job

  • Exceptional Entry-Level Pay: Starting at $17.25/hr and scaling to $25/hr with tips/bonuses is significantly higher than most weekend retail or administrative gigs.
  • No Experience Required: They provide paid training at the “Evolution Academy.” You get paid to learn a specialized skill.
  • Safe Environment: Unlike traditional casinos, you work in a controlled, hygienic, and non-smoking studio. No one is blowing smoke in your face or spilling drinks on your table.

Career Growth Potential

Game Show Host: Moving from standard tables (Blackjack) to high-production “Game Show” style sets.
