Company Culture & Insights

Forvia is the 7th largest automotive supplier globally, but they act with the agility of a much smaller firm. The culture is heavily skewed toward Sustainability and Lifelong Learning. With “Forvia University” providing over 22 hours of training per year, they expect you to grow as fast as the technology does. Why We Recommend This Job

  • The Sustainability Edge: Forvia is the first automotive group to be certified with the SBTi Net-Zero Standard. If you want your engineering career to actually help the planet rather than just fill it with more plastic, this is the place.
  • Unmatched Scale: Their tech is in 1 out of every 2 vehicles on the road. The scale of impact here is massive.
  • Technical Rigor: Leading DFMEA studies and managing complex CAD data integrity will turn you into a “Precision Engineer,” a title that commands respect (and high salaries) across the industry.

Career Growth Potential

The “Lead Engineer” or “Technical Expert” path is very clear here. Because Forvia is so massive (157,00+ employees), there is significant room for horizontal mobility.
