Job Description

As a Medical Evaluation Specialist, you will create challenging, multi-step medical questions and verified answers that probe the limits of AI diagnostic reasoning.

Instead of simple fact recall, you will design complex scenarios covering pathophysiology, pharmacology, differential diagnosis, and clinical treatment guidelines. You will also audit AI-generated clinical responses, identify flawed logic, and document primary literature citations.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Medical Training & Clinical Expertise

• Active enrolment or completion in medical training as a Medical Student (MS1–MS4), Resident Physician, Fellow, or Practicing Physician (MD/DO/MBBS equivalent).
• Deep familiarity with clinical diagnostic workflows, pharmacology mechanisms, and treatment guidelines.

2. Technical & Research Competencies

• Literature Triangulation: Ability to source and verify clinical answers using primary peer-reviewed literature, UpToDate, PubMed, and authoritative guidelines.
• Written Precision: Strong English written communication skills to write unambiguous, highly defensible medical rationale.
• No AI Experience Required: Prior background in machine learning is not needed; domain expertise and clinical judgment are the primary requirements.
