Job Description

The Global Technology Analyst Program is an immersive, 2-year rotational journey starting in July 2026. This program is specifically designed for high-potential undergraduates to accelerate their transition from campus to corporate life. Analysts work in an Agile environment, building scalable, low-latency enterprise systems. Because it is rotational, you will have the chance to work across different teams—ranging from mobile development and web platforms to backend microservices and cloud engineering—ensuring a broad and diverse technical foundation.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field) with a graduation date in early 2026.
  • Experience: This is a Campus Hire/Fresher role. Participation in the Summer Technology Analyst Program or relevant technical internships is highly valued.
  • Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in at least one of the following areas:
  • Backend: Java, Spring Framework, REST APIs.
  • Mobile: Swift (iOS) or Java (Android).
  • Web: Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, JavaScript.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
