Job Description
Systems Engineering at GEPCS is about the “Big Picture.” While a mechanical engineer might design a single gear and an electrical engineer a single circuit, the System Engineer ensures that every component—software, hardware, and user interface—works together to meet the customer’s needs. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a product, from the initial conceptual proposal to final verification on the production floor.

Roles and Responsibilities
- System Integration: Manage how multiple electrical components and software modules communicate to achieve maximum performance and operability.
- Requirements Flow-down: Translate high-level customer needs into specific technical requirements for sub-contractors, software teams, and module designers.
- Validation & Verification (V&V): Drive system-level testing to ensure the final product actually does what the requirements said it would do.
- Trade Studies: Drive CTQ (Critical to Quality) and Risk trades—essentially deciding which design path offers the best balance of cost, performance, and reliability.
- Customer Interface: Serve as the technical bridge between GEPCS and the customer, handling proposals, software matching, and drawing verification.
