Job Description

This is a specialized, hands-on data labeling and annotation role that bridges L3 network troubleshooting with machine learning pipelines.

Instead of traditional network design or SRE maintenance, you will analyze real-world telemetry, packet captures, and outage incident logs to build schemas and training data that teach autonomous AI systems how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and reason about complex enterprise network infrastructure.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Technical & Work Experience

  • L3 / Tier 3 Support Expertise:Active experience as a Level 3, Tier 3, or Principal Support Engineer handling final escalations, Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), on-call rotations, and live incident response.
  • Enterprise Infrastructure:Hands-on experience with production enterprise networks across switches, access points, and firewalls.
  • Enterprise Wi-Fi / Wireless:Proficiency with enterprise WLAN controllers (Cisco WLC, Aruba, Meraki), 802.1X/RADIUS authentication, and wireless troubleshooting.
  • Packet-Level Analysis:Deep packet capture experience using tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and SPAN captures.

2. Work Authorization & Target Fit

  • Work Authorization:Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada without employer sponsorship.
